What are you “Kraving” for?
My passion for cooking was developed by watching, helping, and learning alongside my mother, grandparents, and aunts as a child. The time we spent together preparing meals for the family while basking in laughter, stories and aromas that filled the air were priceless.
This passion grew as I began to travel. Traveling allowed me to sample a multitude of cuisines and cultures from around the globe. I picked up various techniques, differing flavor profiles and wanted to fuse those techniques to enhance the everyday dish as well as develop new ones.
I decided to share my passion for cooking after many talks with my brother about doing what makes you happy, he has always championed me. My passion for cooking has given me the opportunity to successfully start my catering business with many satisfied customers in a very short time.
